- William T. Pulliam, 77 year old white male Farmer, husband of Virgie Pulliam, Resident of RFD 1, Box 286, Chancellor, Spotsylvania Co., VA., born 4 Feb 1872 in Missouri to John J. Pulliam & Malissa (sic) Chewning, died at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania Co., VA on 15 May 1949 at 5 A.M.  Informant was Wallace T. Pulliam.

- Cause of death was Auricular Fibrillation of about 3 weeks' duration, due to Acute urinary disease, due to Hypertrophied prostate.  Contributory was Cystitis __ Suppurative.  Certified by Thomas D. Pope, who had attended him since "about" 15 April 1949, last seeing him alive the day before death.

- Arrangements were by M.T. Thompson of Fredericksburg, VA.  Burial was at Shady Grove, Spotsylvania Co., VA on 17 May 1949.
